Loser Mom.....

Being a teacher I see all kinds of moms. The ones that can't stay away, the ones that stay too far away, the ones that email too much. The good the bad and the ugly...I see them all. Most of them I adore but some of them drive me absolutely crazy.

I'm sad to say, I'm starting to understand some of the "crazy". This week I was faced with my first reality of being a school mom, Tyler's Halloween party. Our job is to dress the kids in their costumes, help take pictures, and bring a treat for everyone. I have stressed just a tad about this. I couldn't decide what goodies to send for the kids. I didn't want to be too over the top(I have dealt with those moms before) but then I didn't want to be the loser mom and send something awful.

I made my decision this afternoon at 5:30, of course. They are getting Halloween pretzels, bubbles, stickers, and cookies. All in a cute little bag!

I feel like an official mom. I never knew there would be so much pressure! I don't know what I'm going to do when Tyler gets to Kinder. Kinder moms are even more crazy than 3rd grade moms!

8 Months....

Last Monday was 8 wonderful months of life for the T-Man! He is getting so big so fast. He is sooooo much fun and this age. He is so happy and laughs at everything! He's crawling around everywhere, pulling up, and walking around in his walker all over the house.

His newest talent...dancing!!

My Little Pumpkin....

Today was our big venture to the pumpkin patch! Tyler had a precious little fall outfit, the weather was beautiful, and there were plenty of pumpkins.....

Go Mean Green!!

Yesterday was Tyler's second Mean Green game! The first was miserably hot and I didn't take any pictures. Yesterday was beautiful and I managed to get a few pictures too! Tyler had a wonderful day and was such a good little boy. Luckily he loves being outside and was happy all day!
